Metering control unit

Up to three lines can be monitored and controlled with different application valves – regardless of whether they feature valves with classic time-pressure metering, volumetric metering valves or electrically driven metering units like the progressive cavity pump. 

A wide portfolio of metering components can be controlled using the new metering computer. There is also a range of options available when it comes to the material feed system, such as feeding them via a drum pump, pressure tanks or a cartridge.

In order to ideally combine the metering components and match them to each other, both the material feed as well as the lines and metering components can be individually equipped with a variety of monitoring and add-on modules. Pressure and level sensors, gear flow meters, stroke detection, light barriers and various heating modules are available in order to perfectly configure the system to meet your requirements.

The unit is operated via a user-friendly touch panel with additional navigation keys. The intuitive user interface is designed so that the metering system’s display system can be used to quickly and easily navigate between the individual components.

The common communication standards are available for connecting the metering control unit to a higher-level master system. The control unit is already equipped for a connection via PROFINET. Of course, Profibus, Ethernet/IP or the modern data transfer method via OPC UA are also optionally available. In addition, modules for remote control purposes are available.

The control unit is available as a compact table-top version with a positioning and support bracket. Alternatively, a housing for classic wall mounting can be selected.
