The metering and application of lubricants is becoming increasingly demanding. Greases and oils must be automatically applied reliably and precisely in hard-to-reach, angled areas or inside bores. The focus is also on the economical and loss-free use of the often expensive materials. DOPAG configures dispensing systems that fulfil these requirements and are tailored to the customer's individual needs.

The comprehensive portfolio includes drum and container pumps, metering and dispensing valves as well as components for control and process monitoring. Both contact and non-contact application of lubricants is possible with the metering and dispensing valves with highest precision.

With an improved sealing concept, up to 8 million shots with consistent accuracy are possible with the chamber metering valve, for example. The dosing systems can be integrated into fully or semi-automated production lines or designed for manual lubricant application.

All metering components and pumps are developed, assembled and tested at the Swiss site in Cham. New products are extensively tested in the Technical Centre for their long-term usability.
