DOPAG strengthens worldwide lubrication sales and service expertise
Extensive product training for international colleagues and distributors
The development, manufacture and sales of dosing technology for highly automated applications of lubricants in the automotive industry have always been among DOPAG's core competencies. The ability of our sales experts to draw on an extensive product knowledge, as well as an awareness of the most recent technological developments is an essential part of our success, which is why the DOPAG Competence Center for 1K Dosing Technology in Cham (Switzerland) invited a number of colleagues and distribution partners to an intensive four-day training course. In total, 33 participants from 17 countries have gathered - both beginners and experts - to learn about the latest developments in metering technology and to deepen their knowledge.
The course, delivered by Roger Hermann, Director of Key Market Automotive & Lubrication, Thomas Müller, Product Manager Lubrication, and other colleagues, covered a number of thematic areas. First, they introduced the participants to the extensive product portfolio of dosing components and pumps for the processing of 1K materials. Working through case studies and live demonstrations, the participants were able to acquire new product knowledge in a ‘hands on’ way. Next, Roger and Thomas presented on the variety of one-component materials, such as fats or polymers, used in the automotive industry. Finally, the participants received a comprehensive training in two more important areas: service and support. This way, DOPAG makes sure its customers can access comprehensive and reliable sales and service in the areas of lubrication and bonding no matter where they are in the world.
