The viscomix metering system is particularly suitable for sealing and bonding applications in the transport and insulated glass industries that require a continuous material supply.

The VISCO-MIX H200 is a hydraulically powered two component, high quality metering and mixing system suitable for processing medium to high viscosity materials at an variable mixing ratio. The material supply with the base component is pumped directly from standard 200 litre size drums. The hardener is fed directly from 30 litre size drums or by pressure vessel.

The VISCO-MIX P80 is a pneumatically driven, variable mixing ratio, two component metering and mixing system for processing medium to high viscosity media. Both the base and the hardener materials are supplied by 80 litre size drum pumps fed directly from containers of between 20 litres and 80 litres capacity. The “B” component can also be fed by a pressure feed container.

Function viscomix H200

Both the base and hardener materials remain separate until they reach the static mixing system, where they are homogeneously mixed and dispensed through the dispensing gun. After use, the static special mixing system is purged with base material to avoid material curing within the mixer system.

Function viscomix P80

The materials are fed by pumps from their original drums and kept separate until they enter the mixing block, following which they are mixed homogeneously by the static mixing system. After use, the plastic static mixer is disposed of and replaced, avoiding the use of flushing agents.
