With its greasing station, DOPAG offers an efficient solution for the manual application of lubricants. Thanks to individual configurations, the station can be adapted precisely to different component geometries, thus ensuring precise, repeatable and reliable lubricant application.
The greasing station is suitable for operators who want to reliably apply lubricants on components such as O-rings, bearings or other components. Operation is simple: the component is positioned manually in the adapter, then a mechanical switch – for example, via a foot pedal or by pressing down on the component – triggers the dispensing process. A status LED signals successful material application. Thanks to their compact design, the stations are suitable for use in semi-automated or manual workstations.
Process reliability and cost savings
The basis of the station are volumetric metering valves. Depending on the valve type and size, metering quantities from 0.001 ml up to several millilitres can be achieved. Regardless of fluctuations in pressure, viscosity or temperature, these valves ensure high repeatability. Compared to manual application with a brush, there is no need for reworking, contamination is avoided and quality is significantly improved. Material consumption is reduced and cycle times are shortened. This means that the investment in a greasing station often pays for itself after just a few months.
Individual configuration
The greasing stations are tailored to customer specifications. The grease adapters are produced using 3D printing, allowing maximum geometric freedom. This means that external and internal lubrication as well as dot application or combined applications can be realised. Lubrication at several points simultaneously is also possible.
