The metering and application of lubricants, adhesives and sealants is becoming increasingly demanding. Complex materials, a high degree of automation and the individualisation of dispensing systems are important. DOPAG offers customised systems that meet all these requirements. The modular metering technology kit includes drum pumps, metering and dispensing valves, material pressure regulators and components for monitoring and control.

DOPAG has already presented several new products this year, which customers can discover at the trade fair. These include new drum pumps for processing lubricants, adhesives and sealants. The pumps convey the material directly, efficiently and without air inclusions from the original container. The modular series is characterised by its high level of user-friendliness and offers a wide range of configuration options. The pumps are available in three versions for the typical container sizes 30, 80 and 200 litres. The basic design and operation remain the same in each case. There is a choice between user-friendly 2-hand control with additional safety features and 1-hand block control. In addition, the pump can be equipped with different options such as filters, sealing fluid containers, deairing or homogenisation units and modules for external control or monitoring.
